We are the official PTA of P.S. 111 Adolph S. Ochs, a community-centered, neighborhood elementary school in Hell's Kitchen, New York.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on April 8th for the eclipse viewing event! The PS 111 PTA gave out 202 eclipse safety glasses, 30 pinhole projectors, and hundreds of eclipse-themed snacks!
It's participatory budgeting voting week! Support our students by voting for the PS 111 Hydroponics Lab.
Vote at vote.pbnyc.org. All Council District 3 residents at least 11 years old are eligible to vote. Voting is open through 4/14.
The 2024 School Survey has been extended until 4/19! Your opinion matters, and will be used by the PTA and school administration to make PS 111 an even better environment for learning and community.

Take the SurveyWe enhance the education of every PS 111 student, while building relationships between the school and our families. Thank you to our donors & volunteers for supporting our children!
Through our partnership with the school, we support:
- Our students, with multiple free in-school programs, and a free book for every child during the Book Fair.
- Our classrooms, with books, materials, and supplies, including, in 2024, dozens of books and nine beautiful large new rugs.
- Our teachers & staff, through appreciation events.
- Our school spirit, through student & family engagement events, including movie nights!
- Our neighborhood, with the PS 111 Spring Carnival.
- Our school's infrastructure, by replacing the broken science room air conditioner & purchasing large rugs for the classrooms.

Submit receipts that include Box Tops-eligible products to the Box Tops for Education app. Each box top is worth 10¢, and extra box tops can be earned through bonuses that change throughout the year. For the 2023–2024 school year, every box top is matched 2-to-1, earning us 30¢ for every box top, with up to a $500 match! As of 3/13/2024, we've earned $204 in Box Tops and a $408 match. Please help us earn the full match!

Support our school when you purchase games, software, and books! Donate 10% of every purchase made through the Humble Store, and select us as the target charity when purchasing bundles that support Choose Your Own Charity (not all bundles support Choose Your Own Charity).
- 1st Day School Supplies
Support the PTA while ordering your child's school supplies! When you order school supplies through 1st Day School Supplies, a box with the supplies requested by your child's teacher will be delivered to the school for your child, and the PTA will receive a small commission. Ordering for the 2024–2025 school year will begin in May 2024.
